Let's review some changes

All forms of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel have a feature that let's you keep track of any changes you or someone else has made to your work. So on the review tab of Microsoft Word for example in the tracking tab you can track all the changes someone or you have made while also allowing them to leave comments and suggest editing changes. The track feature can also track certain specific individuals if shared in a large group or just your changes. This was something that I had no idea about and wished I had this knowledge beforehand to use any of these tools it would have been so useful with trying to manage all the group projects I had in high school.

  1. I remember when I first discovered using comments and tracking changes in Microsoft Word :-)

Collaboration with others and version control on documents are definitely easier to carry out!

One requirement is to have a common place where the shared document is stored and everyone has access to (e.g. OneDrive). I'm glad 3.6.1 Track Changes and Comments introduced you to these two features ^_^

  2. Tracking changes is so useful. I remember re-reading the document several times to see what a team mate has changed in group projects. Knowing this would have saved me so much time and headache.

  3. That tool was super helpful to learn. Especially when working with a team or a group of people.

  4. It's a great tool to use, as someone who is so indecisive and very forgetful, it helps me keep track of everything.

  5. This feature is very helpful! I find it useful when I'm trying to find grammar mistakes in a timely matter. It's really convenient for me since I tend to miss some small details.
